'Reflections' project with OCPAC and The Bolshoi Theatre

I'll be dancing in the 'Reflections' project in January, a collaboration between the Bolshoi Theatre (Moscow performances on 27th ,28th, 29th and 30th January) and the Orange County Performing Arts Centre (OCPAC performances on 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd January). The other dancers taking part are Polina Semionova (Berlin Staatsoper Ballet), Natalia Osipova (Bolshoi Theatre), Yekaterina Krysanova (Bolshoi Theatre), Olga Malinovskaya (Ballet Estonia) and Yekaterina Shipulina (Bolshoi Theatre); we all studied at the Bolshoi School in Moscow.

I wrote the piece on the upcoming "Reflections" in the Los Angeles Times and wrote inaccurately about Maria's background. She left Moscow for an opportunity at the Royal Ballet, but eventually also danced at the English National Ballet. I regret the error and look forward to seeing Maria dance in Orange County. This was show was wonderful, I am so fortunate to have seen it. Maria did a wonderful job with her solo, the Pas De Trois and Cinque.
